First thing you can look for is on the scart adapter. You see you can toggle between"input" and "output", it shall be set to "Input".
Also in the settings where you can change screen-resolution, you can lower the second
monitor to 800x600 and 16bit color if it's set to more.
Also look in your graphic settings if the TV-signal you send is proper for your TV.
Like if you live in Sweden, your TV maybe only support the signal PAL-B.
If you still got no screen on your TV, contact your graphic card support.
They should know exactly what cables you need.
Also try ask a friend that is into computers and maybe TVs.
Another option is of course to get another graphic card or TV.
