Graphic Card

First we have to know if you got a tv-out socket from your graphic card.
If you dont remember if you have one, you can look if you got any of theese
sockets at the back of your PC displaying on this image below:



If you can find any of theese sockets on your graphic card,
(at the back of your PC)
then you shall be able to connect your graphic card to your TV :)
